Have you looked through the Saint-Jacques registers? Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there's a table for that time period. So it would require a lot of page flipping.

Good morning,
It's out of you current research, but I found the "registre matricule" of your ancestor Gustave Désiré BONNET in 1878 .
This document, issued by the military administration, starts from the 20th anniversary and contains all military events.
Your ancestor was not called for any army service, because of "Faiblesse", ie weakness. But could be required for staying at his work's place, in the railroad activity. He was completely freed from any military activity from the 1st November 1904.
He worked for the PLM company (Chemins de fer de Paris à Lyon et à la Méditerranée).

Although the military activity is zero, the document gives physical information, size, eyes and hair colour, etc.

Following,
As your family tree shows few information about Jean Prosper BONNET, brother of your ancestor Gustave Désiré, I looked for his registre matricule and found it.
The document informs that he lived at least after WWI, as he was released from any military obligation on the 30th November 1918.
He worked for the railroad company in Tunisia in Souk-El-Arba
