I desperately need help. I have multiple trees which is accidental and i can not access any of them.

Hi Claudine I have tried all these things and am just going around in circles. I now have too many accounts and only want one. I am afraid to delete anything as I have hundreds of names on one account with many years of research. I cant seem to access them.

Thank you so much I have managed to access my main account with your advise theresalelong. I need to delete theresalelong1 but am afraid it will affect the other account, can i merge them, is the same info in both accounts.

You can't merge two trees or accounts, but you can delete one account without affecting the other.

To delete your theresalelong1 account, you have to sign in first, then:

1- delete your tree:

https://my.geneanet.org/arbre/delete.php

2- delete your account:

https://en.geneanet.org/mon_compte (bottom left of the page)

Make sure you are on the right account before deleting anything: check the username in the top right corner.
