Pending payment for 2 days now and no explanation why is it still pending

I have been trying to add Premium subscription for 3 months for 2 days now. It still shows as pending. I don't see any transaction in my bank account. I also do not see how to view or change the bank details in Geneanet. I am using Chrome.
