I found the app in the App Store and tried to get it but it just buffers all the time. I’d like to participate in the recording of graves event coming up soon but I can’t get any further.

I’m using an iphone software version 13.6.1
I don’t know how to add a photo but all I get is the buffering sign

It should work.

I suggest that you uninstall then reinstall the app. You must log in to the app with your Geneanet username and password. Then you just have to follow the instructions.
