There is no download results page as depicted in your "how to" screen. I downloaded a csv file, but this wasn't accepted by your upload system.

We actually accept DNA tests from: MyHeritage, 23andMe, AncestryDNA, LivingDNA, and Family Finder DNA tests from FamilyTreeDNA. We do not support Y-DNA (Y-chromosome DNA haplogroup) and mtDNA (mitochondrial DNA) tests at this time.
