WHY SO FEW DNA MATCHES?

Hi,

There are multiple reasons, among them:
1. Geneanet's DNA matching service is very young, only about 1-1/2 year old.
2. Geneanet doesn't sell test kits. Only people with the know-how transfer their data. (I know it's a fairly simple process, but not for everyone)
3. Geneanet is a French company and has relatively few UK members.
4. Geneanet has a higher shared DNA threshold than other companies who favor quantity of matches over quality.

I paid for a premium service and am not getting it with only 155 un-linked DNA matches across the entire planet earth I want my money back and am deleting my DNA file from your web site and want to end my and delete my account with you NOW.

As it is clearly said in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and on the Premium subscription page, the refund is not possible.

You have already cancelled the automatic renewal of your Premium subscription.

Your Premium subscription will expire on November 16, 2021, and you will not be automatically charged anymore.
Just ignore the reminders you will receive.
