Error when uploading DNA data from myheritage

When i try to upload my dna data that i downloaded from Myheritage, both for the zipfile and the csv that was in the zipfile, i am receiving a generic error "An error has occured during the upload. Please try again"

Did anybody else get this error and was able to solve the issue?

Thanks Jean-Yves, but I have followed the instructions below and i am still getting that error. Is there a way to validate if the structure of the file is correct?

I've been having the same problem over the last two days. My DNA zip file was from Ancestry. I use Firefox as my main browser in Windows 10 Home x64 all fully patched. I was about to email my DNA zip fie to you when I realised that I had not tried to use the Chrome browser. This functioned as expected the first time..
I know Chrome is popular, which is one reason I don't us it, but could you please modify the upload screen instructions to:
1. Include a statement to use the .zip archive format; and
2. Suggest that the Chrome browser in Windows seems to avoid errors.
